· I will not delay other projects in favor of higher payment just as I will never delay yours despite an offer of better rates from others.
· I do not charge for occasional rush jobs as I am more than happy to help you out through events of great urgency. However, should you give me rush jobs two times in a row then extra charges will apply as meeting hard deadlines continuously is not part of my standard service. Besides, I am sure that should the assigment be of great importance, you will find that the extra charges are well worth it. Rush jobs are subject to 20 – 50 % extra, depending on amount and difficulty.
· Should I fail to meet deadlines I have commited to, or should you feel that I have provided insufficient work, you are entitled to a 20% discount, except in case of force meajure.wrong spelling!!!
· I assume that all projects from all clients are confidential and thereofore will not disclose these projects nor the client’s identity to any third party. After the completion of a project all work and identities are deleted.
Note:
· Please be advised that I am capable of writing and translating up to 4,000 words per day (about eight pages) of easy-medium difficulty (complies with my field of specialty: tourism and culture).
· Insufficient work refers to unfulfilled criteria as we might have discussed prior to a project; and/or obvious incorrect translations, particularly a change in meaning from source language. Should disputes on this matter not be solved, I can arrange us to meet a reputable and/or a native speaker for mediation.
· Athough your identity will NOT be disclosed to any party, please confirm whether or not you would like me to keep you in my database. Should no such information be confirmed, your indentity shall be excluded from my database when a project is completed and thus ensuring 100% confidentiality. However, you should be aware that this might very well deny you of any discounts I offer as I will not be able to trace how many projects you have given me and for how long you have been my client.
